The United Way of York County works with other organizations and individuals to identify programs that positively impact health and human care problems in York County. The United Way is dedicated to improving the quality of life for York Countians. YCLC is a United Way organization and is supported in part by United Way funds.

Community Progress Council partners with CPC offering GED classes and Reading with Children workshops.

Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12

ProLiteracy is the largest adult literacy organization in the United States, with 1,200 affiliates represented in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

York County LibrariesYCLC is an affiliate of York County Libraries and YCLC volunteers and students receive access to materials at all York County Libraries and their extensive online resources.

Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center (PIRC) collaborates with our Citizenship Ready classes.

CASA de Maryland collaborates with  our Citizenship Ready classes.
